The Edwin M. Lee Asian Pacific Democratic Club (ELDC) PAC and Board meets to recommend endorsements for our membership. The final endorsement decision is voted on by our membership. Below are our official early endorsements for the June 2, 2026 Election. These endorsements reflect the will of our membership and our continued commitment to supporting leaders who embody integrity, experience, and a dedication to public service.
June 2, 2026 Election – Early Endorsements (Updated Jan 2026)
- Fiona Ma for California Lieutenant Governor (endorsed in Sept 2025)
- Malia Cohen for California State Controller
- Matt Haney for California State Assembly, AD-17
- Catherine Stefani for California State Assembly, AD-19
- Phil Kim for San Francisco Board of Education
These early endorsements allow the Club to engage early and meaningfully in the 2026 election cycle while continuing to evaluate additional races and candidates.
